The story of the bodybuilder and his weekly 2 large pizza's: How you too can enjoy your favorite foods

TL;DR

When I started in the fitness industry, my first job was at a 24 Hour Fitness. They had a trainer there that was a bodybuilder. He used to tell me every Sunday night, he would order 2 large meat lovers pizzas and eat it all himself. He would wake up on Monday with an 8 pack! You're probably wondering how a bodybuilder can eat two large pizzas every week and not get fat. And the answer is simple: they focus on building lean muscle. When you have more lean muscle, your metabolism and BMR increase, allowing you to enjoy your favorite foods without worrying about packing on the pounds. So if you've been struggling to stick to a healthy diet, don't worry – it's not impossible! You just need to focus on building lean muscle mass and enjoy the freedom of balance and enjoying your favorite foods on occasion without worry. In this blog post, we'll discuss how you can do that using simple tips and tricks. And with a little bit of dedication and discipline, you'll be on your way to looking and feeling great! So let's get started.

The key to building lean muscle is consistency. You have to work out regularly in order to see results. Aim for 3-4 days per week when starting out, and gradually increase the number of days once you've built up your strength and endurance. It's also important to choose exercises that target the major muscle groups in your body, like squats, lunges and push-ups. Doing these exercises will help you build lean muscle faster than just focusing on cardio or running.

It's also important to focus on diet when building lean muscle. Make sure you're getting enough protein, which is the building block of muscle tissue. Try to include some lean sources of protein like chicken, fish and eggs in your meals. Also, make sure you're eating enough carbohydrates – they provide energy for your workouts and help replenish glycogen stores afterwards. And don't forget about healthy fats, which provide your body with essential fatty acids and help keep you satiated.

Finally, make sure you get enough rest. Sleep helps to repair and rebuild muscle tissue, so it's important to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep every night.

With these simple tips in mind, you'll be well on your way to building lean muscle and enjoying the occasional cheat like a pizza without worrying about packing on the pounds. Remember, it takes dedication and discipline – but if you stick with it, you'll be looking and feeling great in no time!  So what are you waiting for? Start today and get your body beach-ready in no time!  Good luck
