Classes

We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 12-18 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please sign up in advance or arrive early. Each location has their own schedule, so please click the link at the bottom of the class descriptions to view the exact offerings and times per location.  

 
 

Strength Circuits

Strength is a total body circuit workout that mixes heavier weight/lower repetition stations, with cardio that is designed to strengthen the heart and lungs.  Exercisers can expect stations of weight lifting and resistance exercises combined with short and explosive bouts of cardio.

Endurance Blocks

High rep, low weight, and long bouts of cardio can be expected during this intense total body workout.  Exercisers during longer blocks of work will combine weights, body weight, functional training and cardio to improve cardiovascular and muscular endurance.

Kickboxing

This class combines general Bootcamp total body Fitness with a kickboxing theme based on a high intensity interval training theory (HIIT). Campers will use gloves, bags, and mitts to train kickboxing techniques without contact. Feel the burn as kickboxing can burn up to 1,000 calories or more as this high intensity, no BS workout will kick your butt into fight shape!

 

Power Hour

Push yourself to be more powerful during the Power Hour! Exercisers will be pushed to their limits, using their bodies to perform explosive and powerful weighted, functional, and cardiovascular exercises. A combination of circuit training, blocks, or partner work may be incorporated to complete these workouts.

 

All Fit BullS-HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training or (HIIT), is an express 45 min interval workout that alternates between short bursts of high intensity exercise followed by shorter bouts of rest.This ever changing workout will combine body weight, functional, weighted, and cardio exercises to provide you with a maximum benefit total body workout in less than the time it takes to develop film. Do people still develop film? 

TRX+ Kettlebell

This 45 min express class is also HIIT styled but combines the use of the TRX suspension trainer and Kettlebell as the primary foucs. Functional training at it's max, the TRX suspension trainer is an integral part of today's modern fitness and pushes you to use your body as the machine. Combined with Kettlebell techniques adapted from other modern training routines, this 45 min class will bring you all that you can handle!

All Fit

Our version of the all in one workout. We combine a little of all the workouts of the week; strength, endurance, power, and fun to give your body an hour of everything it needs to be a well rounded and finely tuned machine.

All Fit Yoga

All Fit Yoga is a part of our program because we believe in the power of combining balance, strength, flexibility, and presence of mind to truly be All Fit. Our Yoga classes are designed for all levels. Each class mixes a blend of hatha and vinyasa traditional yoga poses and are the perfect compliment to rest and recovery mid-week or to complete your week of fitness.

All Workouts are designed to meet the needs of all exercisers. Every workout is built with the ability for each person to make modifications based on their current level of fitness. Everyone is welcomed and encouraged to join in any class, however, please feel free to let a coach know if you would like or require any modifications.
