Whether the All Fit 60 or All Fit 45, our trainers will guide you through our brand of fun and fitness. Drawing programming from all methods to make a complete and well rounded program; athletes can expect blocks of strength training, body weight, barbell, and HIIT combined with upbeat music and friendly staff to safely explain and guide you through the daily workout.
