Weight loss and Nutrition
Robert is a former US Navy Hospital Corpsman and combat medic who served 4 years with the Marines during operation Iraqi Freedom. After his return from service, Robert became obese and had to reaffirm his commitment to health and fitness by losing over 100 lbs. He turned his weight loss into a resurgence of his youth and once again set out into competitive athletics in his late twenties and early thirties. A former Muay Thai Kickboxer and current competitive wakeboarder, he brings his unique personality and years of knowledge and personal experience of not just athletics but weight loss into creating the fun and unique exercises found at All Fit.
